Perfect Love-r
Erin tagged me. Hehee.

So, I'm supposed to list down eight different points about my perfect lover, mention the gender of my perfect lover, and then tag eight other victims to join this game and leave them a comment when they do so. Hrrmmm... Perfect lover?

Before I go on and crap about the perfect person I would like to be made my lover, I want to make sure there's no misscommunication throughout this post. My definition of a perfect lover is not as lustful as Roy's lover =0P, nor is it defined as 'The guy I would like' like how Erin defined hers. Here is just a list of some points that I would want to be on a guy who I can create to be my perfect lover. Get it?

1. I would prefer him to be tall and lanky. I know it may look funny to see a petite girl like me with a tall and lanky guy, blekk. But somehow I feel secure and protected with a tall guy. Maybe because my father and elder brother are both tall. Hahaa. Ntahla. Anyway, I would like to make a small point that I would also like him to be a bit muscular. Not skinny macam cicak kobeng, and not too buffed up like a weightlifting champion. Tall, lanky and slightly muscular.

2. Somehow I prefer him to be older than me. A few years older, not thousands of years older.=0P

3. He would also have to be wise and mature. These traits are essential to hold a decent converstaion, especially with a person like me. A good education is not necessary, because a person with a good education isn't necessarily wise and mature; and a person without a good education isn't necessarily unwise and immature.

4. He would also need to have a great smile on his face, and is not ashamed to show it. What I mean by a great smile, is not exactly a smile with perfect white teeth. It's just a smile that makes you feel good, ynow. A smile that can comfort you when you had a rough day. A smile that can make you smile anytime of the day. A sincere smile. A perfect smile.

5. Since I am quite a talkative person, I expect him to be a good listener. And he would have to be someone not easily irritated, because my voice can be a bit high pitched and loud sometimes. Hehee. He has to always be free to listen to any of my crap. Any of my crap. Believe me, I have a lot of crap. Hahaa.

6. He shall allow me to have my own free time with my friends, regardless if they are female or male. I'm quite a social person, and I do not expect to end my social life just because I have him. Jealousy is permissible, just because it shows that he cares. But too much jealousy simply means that he doesnt trust me.

7. I also expect him to be the guy in the relationship. As in, he makes the first move, he protects me, he takes care of me, he reminds me of stuff that I need reminded etc etc. I don't want him to control me or something like that. I just expect him to be the man in the relationship.

8. He would also have to be an adventurous and playful person like me! He should love doing outdoor stuff, so that I ade teman nak buat bende2 merepek like bungee jumping or jungle trekking etc etc. He has to be playful enough to not mind playing in a playground or stuff like that. Basically I just want him to be a fun person. Fun is necessary.

This is just a list of the things I want in a guy I can create to be my perfect lover now. My likings may change in time, so don't be surprised if I end up with a person totally opposite from what I've said. Plus, this list is just for fun. =0P

Okay. Tagging time.

I'm tagging Li-Ann, Arina, Tania, Teddy, Ivan. I don't have eight ppl to tag. Lima pon cukup la. Blekk.

Have fun you guys!

Happy Birthday Mrazz!!!
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting

Today is Jason Mraz's 29th birthday!!

Happy Birthday Mrazz!!!

I am a 'quite-huge' fan of Jason Mraz. I can't really say that I am a huge fan because I'm not really crazy for him. I don't really know his personal life or whatever. But nontheless, I definitely enjoy his music. He has the gift to make people fall in love with him just by singing.. ;0)

We all merely heard about Mraz through the songs that were actually played on air, which were The Remedy and You and I Both. At that time, we all knew of him, but not many of us actually loved him. With those songs, Mraz appeared to be just another pop singer. Little did any of us know, he actually had a wonderful, superb voice.

Opu was the one who introduced me to Mraz's lovely songs. She apparently downloaded all of Mraz's songs and put them in a CD, and thanx to her she kept playing that CD in her car, over and over again. Since I am a frequent passenger of Opu's car, I grew to love Mraz. I started to realise his spectacular voice, including all the funny noises he makes while singing. (If you are a Mraz fan, you know what I'm talking about.. Hehee...)

Because of Opu, I too downloaded Mraz's songs, and put them in CDs and also my MP3 Player. I listened to Mraz everywhere whenever I can; in the shower, in the car, during classes, in Opu's car (=0P), in the library, in my room. I never got 'sick' of his voice. It was just too great to put aside.

Then, one day Opu told me that his latest album - Mr. A-Z was being sold in Malaysia. Initially, Opu didn't want to buy the album, because she has downloaded most of his songs. But because Opu felt kind of like betraying Mraz if she didn't buy it, she bought it a few days later. And of course, Opu told me it was superb. So, I had to go get it too!! Or not I'll be betraying Mraz! So I bought it, and that CD was playing in my room for weeks, or months maybe. I love his voice!!! Cair dengar! Hehee.. Mraz's songs always cheer me up, no matter how 'down' I might be.

So, note to Mraz (even though I know he won't be reading this =0P) :

Happy 29th birthday.

"Well I've seen a thousand things in one place
But I stopped my counting when I saw your face
Erasing memory I feel as though I've never seen a face before
Until I saw your eyes smiling back at me thru my tears
I've been counting all these years
Now suddenly the thousand things
I've seen were
Nothing more than dreams of you and me"

Little creatures....
Okay. Yesterday I arranged the furniture in my room. So today, I had to rearrange my other little stuff to accomodate the new space I've created in my room. I managed to find space for most of my stuff, but luck was not on these little creatures' side.

Okay, they're not so little after all. But I really didn't have any space for them! Most of you would know that all these critters were given to me on one occasion or another, and don't get me wrong, I really appreciate them! But it's just sad to think that I don't really have a nice spot for them. So, after thinking hard, I finally decided to arrange them on my bed by day, and arrange them beside my bed by night, because if they're forever on my bed, there's not much space for me to sleep! Here's pictures of them on my bed.

You may realise that I have 7 pillows. You have to understand, I used to have a queen size bed in my room. When the bed went away, I just had to keep the pillows with me. Heheee...

I like to rearrange my room too. I would normally start with the ... mm.. anything BUT the bed.

Why, you ask?

Because i do not have a bed. Not in Australia, not in Malaysia, nowhere. Then you have to go and ask me, Where do you sleep then?

Well, i don't. I normally morph into a fly and wish there isn't a Financial Accounting A finals tomorrow.

Goodbye and wish me the best of luck ye yameen?TQ.

New Room
It all started when I looked on the floor, and saw my carpet senget. It was just slightly senget, tapi I tak puas hati. I rase buruk. So, I tried to tarik the carpet to put it back to its original position. But then, the carpet's mobility was limited, because the bed was on the carpet. So, I tried to angkat the bed's kaki one by one using my hands, and at the same time use my feet to push the carpet. What I thought was a brilliant idea which can prove that I can do heavy stuff on my own turned out to be a disaster. The carpet terlipat-lipat, and with the bed's kaki firmly holding the carpet down, I was unable to get it where I want it to be. So I did what all girls do when they face a problem like this. I called papa.

I asked papa for help, hoping that he can angkat the bed while I pull the carpet beneath. But to my dismay, he took a look at the mess I made and just said "You have to pull the bed out of the room to arrange the carpet neatly," and then he walked away! Before descending the stairs, he turned around, gave me a goofy smile, and said "Have fun!". As I stood there, looking at my dad leaving me with the lipat-ed carpet the only word on my mind was "APAKAH??" . Papa expects me to pull the bed out on my own? Does he know how heavy the bed is? Heisy.

Instead of running to my dad, questioning the trust he has in me angkat-ing the bed on my own, I decided to show to my dad that I can do more than just angkat the bed. I can do more. So, I took my bed out of the room, piece by piece, because there was no way I was going to angkat that big bed alone. Then, I took out my study table and the drawers. I took out most of the stuff in my room. Once my room was semi-empty, I put the carpet nicely into its place, and instead of putting the other stuff back into their places, I rearranged my room. While I was arranging stuff, my dad walked in and was shocked at what I did. Haha! Told you, I can do more.

Here are pictures of my original arrangement, and the new one. It may not seem much, but believe me it's not easy angkat-ing all those stuff on my own. Well, I'm pleased. And that's important. Anyways, the sketch is not drawn to scale, so the arrangement may look ridiculous in the sketches, but believe me they're not. Hehee..

The Rainmaker by John Grisham

This is the first novel I finished during the holidays, and it's to nobody's surprise that it's a John Grisham book. Blek. My aunt was the one who introduced me to Grisham's work, and ever since then I trust his writing to be a good read, at least for me. I've read around ten of his novels, and I agree with Opu to say that The Client is the most thrilling and exciting yet. But we're not here to talk about that book. So let's get back to The Rainmaker.

Here's the synopsis of the book taken from John Grisham's website :
"In his first courtroom thriller since A Time To Kill, John Grisham tells the story of a young man barely out of law school who finds himself taking on one of the most powerful, corrupt, and ruthless companies in America -- and exposing a complex, multibillion-dollar insurance scam. In his final semester of law school Rudy Baylor is required to provide free legal advice to a group of senior citizens, and it is there that he meets his first "clients," Dot and Buddy Black. Their son, Donny Ray, is dying of leukemia, and their insurance company has flatly refused to pay for his medical treatments. While Rudy is at first skeptical, he soon realizes that the Blacks really have been shockingly mistreated by the huge company, and that he just may have stumbled upon one of the largest insurance frauds anyone's ever seen -- and one of the most lucrative and important cases in the history of civil litigation. The problem is, Rudy's flat broke, has no job, hasn't even passed the bar, and is about to go head-to-head with one of the best defense attorneys -- and powerful industries -- in America."

I bought this book months ago, because I planned to read it after my trial exams. I started reading it then, but never got to finish it. Truth be told, the beginning of the novel was slow, and because of that I got bored of it and thus kept it on my shelf, hoping to finish it later. Now that I have totally nothing to do, I grabbed the book and started reading it from the first page again. I insisted on finishing the book in at most a week's time, and I did in less number of days. I finished the 598 page novel in 5 days, mind you.

All-in-all, the book is an 'okay' read. As I said earlier, the starting was slow. The pace does turn up a notch, but only in the last ten chapters of the book. FYI, the book has fifty-three chapters. Of course, in the end, everyone lives happily ever after, despite the verdict of the trial. And the lawyer even got a new girlfriend. How nice.

Okay, I'm not a good person to give comments about anything. So I'll stop there. If you like courtroom-dramas, get the book. The trial part is interesting. And to all you aspiring lawyers who actually plan to play out your own courtroom-dramas in a few years time, if you have an interesting case, call me. I would love to be in the audience. =0P

Next novel would be somethin less 'dramatic'. =0)

New blogger...
In my first post I mentioned that Roy was the one who made me blog. I dont exactly remember how we got to talk about blogging, but I remember Roy said it would be interesting if I had a blog. Or was it if he had a blog. I dont remember exactly, but it was something like that la. Then we both agreed that blogs only get interesting after a few posts, because the first few things we type will surely be a bore. So, both of us started blogging, and now we have passed that phase ( I hope ). And now, I'm happily a blogger!!

As you can see in my links list, I don't have much of a blogging network. There are like less than ten links. =0P And, because of that, Ive been trying to publisize my blog through Friendster, Msn messenger etc etc. I have to attract people to my blog, why else would I have a blog if not for people to read? Kann? Well, I dont know if my advertising skills worked, because i dont really see new people commenting on my posts or saying something in my chat box. But I know you guys are reading, and I'm thankful for that. =0)

I know how hard it is to penetrate the 'blogging business'. So, I would like to give free publicity to my friend who has just started his own blog. (Even though I think he doesn't really need the publicity.) Hahaa.... Well, let's welcome......
Mr Wazien Wafa!!!!!!!!

But that's not all. We also have a new blogspot blogger. He's not really a new blogger. He used to be with Xanga, and now he has switched to blogspot. And since I'm a supporter for blogspot, let's welcome......
Mr Al-Zaquan!!!!

Holiday Planning...
The following article was taken from Oprah.com :

How to Reconnect With a Friend

There's nothing like having a best girlfriend— someone who knows you better than anyone else. Somehow, though, with the demands of our daily lives even the best of friends lose touch. What friendships have faded in your life? Who would you love to talk to again? It's time to find that friend you've forgotten! So now that you want to talk to your old friend, consider the following:

1. Your friendship does not have to be how it was in the past. People change over time, so keep an open mind.

2. Think about what part of the friendship you'd most like to salvage.

3. Rebuild the trust and have fun.

4. Don't concentrate solely on when you will see each other again.

5. If you feel you did something wrong prior to your hiatus from each other, consider explaining the circumstances as a gift to your friend.

6. The hardest part: pick up the phone! Everything will come naturally after that courageous move.

Reconnecting with my friends is my main aim this holidays. I was at Ridzuan Condo today, checking out of the apartment I was supposed to be living in while I was doing my A-Levels. Mase nak ambik barang from my room, tiba-tiba this 'stranger' came to my door. You know who that stranger was? Wan Zaiharina Meor Idris!(FYI, Wan was my classmate, housemate and dormmate in KYS) I went hysterical seeing her! Apparently she was visiting Ain, who stays in the same aprtment as I was. Do you know how long since I've last seen her? I think the last time I saw her was when we took our SPM results. Okay, maybe that wasn't so long ago. But still, I thought I wouldn't really see her anytime soon, because she lives in Perak and studies in Penang. She was unlikely to come down to KL, and I was unlikey to meet her up there. So seeing her in the apartment was wow to me! I miss her so much. Well, I miss most of my friends.

And that's why my main aim this holidays is to 'reconnect' with my friends. I've been occupied with A-Levels for 18months. Now that I'm done, I want to enjoy every inch of my holidays, and I know the only way I can really enjoy it is with the company of friends and family.

So people. Let's start planning, and please don't gebang. =P

CAL Graduation Ball 2006

Event : CAL Graduation Ball 2006

Venue : Sunway Convention Centre

Date : 9th of June 2006

Finally, I'm finished with A-levels. And of course, a party is necessary to complete the whole A-level programme. =P So we had our 'ball' on the night of our last paper. As a whole, everything was good. Food was good, the venue was fine, everybody was dressed up. It was nice.

I don't really have details about the night. It was just another dinner. =P And for all you curious people out there, I did not have a date. Or maybe I did have a date, and her name was Opu. Haha. Blek. Well, I still had fun. The performances were okay, enough to keep me entertained. And my classmates were around to keep me company, so I wasn't lonely. Well, I don't have much details lah. Here are some pictures, though. =0)

Me and my 'date'.

Haha. Well, can't really be considered as my date since Opu was seated two tables behind me. =P Note to Opu : Thanx for being my 'lunchmate'. Haha!! And I know Starbucks will miss us so much. If only Kevin was still there, he'll definitely miss us!!! Hahaaa!!!!

Whatever it is, they are still my wacky brainy classmates. OVER, finally.
Exams are indeed OVER.

Now, I am so fat, and that resulted from excessive eating due to exam stress. (or maybe not)

Tonnes of zits all over my face, also from exam stress. (probably)

Unbalanced emotions. Seriously.

Extreme level of laziness. Notice that I used the word EXTREME.

Because of that, I think I should take a time out.

I'll be in my room, by myself.

I'll try to find peace with myself.

When I come out, I'll be ready to enjoy my holidays.

;0)

High 5 Bread Town - The Legacy of Bread
I still have one more paper before total freedom, but of course, I've started exploring areas I have never explored before. =P Read the title. Believe it or not, that's where I went today. High 5 Bread Town. FYI, High 5 Bread Town is sort of like a Bread Museum. Something like a museum la. My mum and her friends thought it might be something fun to do, so my mum, her friends and their children went for it. At first I thought it was a funny place to go, but then I thought, when else will I even consider going to a bread museum? We were not allowed to take pictures throughout the tour. So, no pics. Sorry.

The Bread Town is in High 5's bread factory, which is in Section 21, Shah Alam. The whole 'museum' was basically a tour of the factory plus some other stuff. At the beginning of the tour, they told us about the history of bread. Breads originated from the Egyptians, ynoe. We were told about the evolution of bread from the ancient Egypt through to the Iron Age, the Roman and Viking periods, straight to the Industrial Revolution and finally the present. Lame information of course. =P

After all the 'history', finally we got to the baking part of the bread. We arrived in the heart of the factory, where all the machinery were. Not much man power was used. It was quite interesting to see the machines mixing, shaping, baking and slicing until the final loaf of bread came out. Interesting la jugak. The factory was huge, and thousands of bread were being produced in one day. At the same time, many were rejected and tossed into a separate container. Apparently those rejected breads were deformed. And I was thinking, where do all those breads go? Takkan buang je kot? Sayang. But then, kalau depa jual, customer complain pulak. =( Well, that's the business world, I guess. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

At the end of the tour, there were some gadjets like the ones in Petrosains. You know, those mechanical, moving stuff. Stuff that made kiddies excited. KIDDIES, not me. =P Haha!! Anyways, we were allowed to take pictures here. And here's a picture of me, my brothers, and my cousin who had to tag along because he was left to stay with us because his parents went for umrah. Get it? Hehe.

All in all, it was an interesting tour. Something I never thought I'd ever go through. Well, we each went back with a loaf of freshly baked bread, and that has to be a good thing right? Hehe.

Well, next stop, Toy Museum in Penang. Anyone interested? =]

X-Men III : The Last Stand

Yes, I watched the movie even though my deadly papers are coming. Hahaaa. Anyway, F.Y.I, X-Men is probably the only 'comic-made-movie' that I find interesting. I dont really know why. To me, Batman and Superman are too fiction-ish. X-Men seems plausible, even though we all know there aren't any mutants on this earth. Or maybe there are mutants, but we don't know. Haaa. Well, whatever.

Just to make it clear, I am not planning to give a review here. I'm not good at giving reviews to anything. All I can say is that I enjoyed the movie. Come to think of it, if I had a choice, I would like to be half mutant. Notice that I said half. I still want to be human. =P Not sure what sort of powers I want, but it has to be something cool, of course. Something useful. Something powerful, yet controllable. And it has to make me look good, of course. Haha. Demanding betul. =P

Anyways, I read on Syuen's blog that FOX has confirmed the next X-Men movie. X-Men IV. But then , after watching X-Men III, how can they have X-Men IV? Tak best ah! I dont want to say why, because some of you haven't watched the movie, and I do not wish to spoil the story for you. But seriously. X-Men IV nanti tak best la.... Cmon.....

Ntahla. Let's just wait and see. Even if there's gonna be another movie, it will only be out in a few years time. Not as soon as next year. Maybe when I watch the next movie, I wont even remember what happened in this movie. Hahaaa. Whatever it is, I like Angel. =] He looks cool with the wings. I think I want to have wings if I became a mutant.
